LOOK OUT WORLD!
Colin Powell, in London today, said that the U.S. would pursue a more "agressive foreign policy" in Bush's second term. Apparently, the policy of the last four years has been a bit too timid for W's taste. I'm sure these are not comforting words for the rest of the world, not that 51% of this country gives a shit.
